Mission Statement

Federally Employed Women’s mission consists of a dedication to:

• Promote equality, fairness and opportunity in the sector of Federal Government; regardless of one's sex, race, color, age, marital status, national or ethnic origin, political affiliation, religious persuasion, physical handicap, or sexual orientation.

• Fully support and rally with our political allies by continuously striving to make federal policies fair for all federal employees; and,

• Implement and direct programs that will provide the assistance and resources that will train, develop and further enhance the careers of each member; ultimately, to reach their highest potential, as well as, goals.
